Shalom Express Services was started in June 1996. Our initial service area was the entire Kwa Zulu Natal Area. Our service area began to spread, with the demand and thus we were offering a wider range of services to areas.
There was at that time a demand in the marketplace for a reliable, efficient courier company, with main emphasis placed on service delivery and cost effectiveness. Shalom Express Services rose to this challenge and began offering service second to none with personalised attention and commitment.
Sagren Chetty, who manages and owns the Company, has 15 years courier experience, having previously worked for DHL International for 11 of those years. Sagren has undertaken many customer, operations and marketing related courses.
